WHAT IS TVS TECHNOLOGY IN SUPERCHARGERS ANYWAY AND WHY DO I CARE? TVS is an abbreviation of \"Twin Vortices Series\". TVS technology was developed by Eaton Corporation with efficiency over the classic supercharger rotor design. What makes the TVS design different from the classic rotor design is: 4 lobes instead of 3 on each rotor; A more aggressive twist at 160 degrees, opposed to 60 degrees; This allows from more air to remain in the rotors, translating to less energy lost in the process, and less heat created.
